Complaints
Who reads a complaint, how long an answer takes, and what to do if it is not good enough.
How to complain
Write to complaints@lightmorphic.com. Say what happened and what you would like done about it. There is no form to fill in and no reference number to quote.
Who it reaches
A person at Lightmorphic, not a queue and not a department. We are small enough that a complaint about the company is read by the person it is about, which is the honest limit of a company this size.
How long it takes
A reply within two working days confirming we have it and saying what happens next, and an answer within ten working days. If something needs longer, we will say so and say why rather than going quiet.
If the answer is not good enough
Say so, and it gets looked at again by us. Beyond that:
- If it is about your data, the Information Commissioner's Office takes complaints at ico.org.uk.
- If it is about accessibility, the accessibility page names the route and the same address reaches us.
- If it is a dispute we cannot settle between us, the courts of England and Wales are open to you and we will not obstruct that.
The app is free and there is no payment to dispute, so there is no refund process to describe.
